Vicus Therapeutics is pioneering a new business model to rapidly bring breakthrough multi-drug treatments to patients with cancer. Vicus first forms a high-value partnership with a pharmaceutical company to develop a new multi-drug treatment regimen. Vicus then designs and conducts FDA-sanctioned clinical studies using the partner’s FDA approved targeted oncology drug and existing FDA-approved generic drugs.

Because all the components of the multi-drug regimen are already FDA-approved, patients can gain access to the new treatment as soon as positive clinical results are published. Finally, adoption of the regimen generates royalties to fund clinical studies of new multi-drug treatment regimens.
